MICROSOFT tomorrow launches its answer to Apple's iPod MP3 player.
Called Zune, the £130 device plays songs and videos downloaded from PCs and has wireless technology to send material to other users. Microsoft hopes the 30 gigabyte Zune will take a chunk out of Apple's huge share of the MP3 market. Global marketing chief Chris Stephenson said: "We're delivering not only a device, but a shared, social experience that will be shaped by the collective imagination of consumers." Source: Mirror
