well depends on what u mean by comics, webcomics, real comics?
Personally i am a fan of DC and Marvel so I have in my possesion countless issues from great comics like Batman, Spiderman, Xmen, Dark Claw, Iron Man, Superman .. .etc those classics are always great. Also have a few on Flash and others. I guess my biggest from those has always been Spiderman.

As for webcomics i have a few i like to read:

I love
Get Fuzzy. It is, in my opinion, the best strip in the papers right now. The past 4 strips have been a little weak, but he seems to be going into another short story so it should pick up.
here's one from 2/09:

Ever since JP pointed of
http://homestarrunner.com/ I've been watching the sb emails. I've watched every one up to a few weeks ago but I'm going to buffer those soon as well. At first I didn't like them at all (I thought they were quite stupid), but they've grown on me.
I never look at the newspaper... all the comics I've heard I haven't been impressed by so I don't know.

Hmmmmmmmm
I guess Calvin and Hobbes is my favorite...
Calvin: Dad, how do people make babies?
Dad: Most people just go to Sears, buy the kit, and follow the assembly instructions.
Calvin: I came from Sears??
Dad: No, you were a Blue Light Special at K Mart. Almost as good, and a lot cheaper.
(I couldn't find any good strips

Zits.

A good webcomic is VGCats ...they make jokes on day to day things, as well as game releases and such. Here is a specific joke I picked for Rezza based on the Sands of Time:
