in this forums control panel it has the option... Change Personal Photo ... but it says i have no access to it....
my question is What is it?

ib 1.2 allows peopel to upload pix of themselves. actz probably has it disabled.

I wouldnt upload pics they use alot of space and I feel bad about geeknewz being down before so im staying pictureless

Yes, actz has it disabled; bangbang hit the nail on the head.
In order to enable Personal Photo actz would have to go to:
AdminCP > Users and Groups > Manage User Groups > %usrgrp* > PERSONAL PHOTO: Max upload file size (in KB)

That's true, bangbang. Actz should just set the max size to 20kb or so.

I saw a forum once before do that, and people had some really WEIRD images (images other than people's faces...).... plus there was alot of flaming about some people's pictures....

Really, I think the personal photographs should be left disabled, if you wanna make a statement about how humerous you are, use the Avator and sig space...
I don't think people should ever upload real pictures of themselves online... you never know what kinda of perverts are crawling over forums sites
