Well I still pop in from time to time I have been hanging out at Tomshardware and Maxconsole these days those two combined seem to cover most of my reading needs (well those and slashdot.org of course)

How ya been man ?

Plenty of things have changed around here, sure enough. New games, new computer (Another to come soon ) and so forth and so on.

I could probably type for an hour straight and still only cover a few months

There just hasn't been much happening here and I've focused more on 2 other forums I frequent plus the site I run, clan-fallenangels.com . With that site and the 2 forums... busy busy busy... lol... especially with long work hours. Then again, you can find me daily at my site...

Besides that, I'm aiming for my Pilot's license come April. Classes start then and I should have the money by then too.... I hope.

I guess the good news is, I still remember this place exists. Hell, it was the first forum out of forums overall that I had ever joined from what I can remember... clear back in '03. Geez. Been that long already?! Man, I remember joining and thinking about how long I'd be here. 5 years. Heh. Man, I'm getting old...

We were all just kids back then <.<

Ok, enough of the history lesson. I'm tired. It's 4am. I should be in bed, but I'm letting my alarm charge (Cellphone = Alarm). I don't charge this, it'll die overnight and I'll never wake up <.<

Well, Just to let you know we are still around aswell ... just been so caught up in side projects recently that GeekNewz has not had as much development time as actz and I had hoped.

We are taking on alot of Freelance and contracting work for our company Boxlight Media (http://www.boxlightmedia.com) whilst trying to push the e-mail marketing side of things aswell as get a new social networking side project into beta and all this combined is keeping us really busy.

Well I just got laid off from my job (they fired a little over 10% of the nearly 3,000 employee's) I was doing provisioning for the phone company I really liked that job too and I thought my boss was gonna cry when she had to let me go

Anyway if you need any help let me know I like to do things, and if it pays I like to do them even more lol

Social networking sounds just the ticket for me

If you want some help killing off myspace please let me help, I soooo hate that abomination...

Hmm...I just recently moved back to Hong Kong (my birth place) from Vancouver, British Columbia. I'm here studying law. That's probably the biggest news for me since I last posted at GN.

I've grown up.

I've fallen out of love with computers. However, I do study Computing and find it awfully hard.

I've fallen in love with football again. I'm playing it a lot and it gets me really healthy and i'm enjoying my life.

Hope the rest of you are sharing my good health.

Laws are a good thing !!! I did get a job again this time for Verizon amazingly so I hope I can hang on to this one a while its a great job and a great company ! (As you can probably tell im excited and happy)

Great news to hear M$! Best of everything in the coming future mate! Ya, me life has been changing lots too, as I am sure many others is. Two years almost of single dad syndrome, been a huge leap but wayyy necessary, and a blast, but gives me almost no free time for what I like to muck around with so I'm feeling rather out of the loop so ta speak. Hope to see some more of the old regulars logging in now and then and I'm making a point of show up more often even if I have little to offer other than good humour.

I was cleaning up e-mail contacts, noticed a familiar email, but from no idea where.. google'd it, then voila - a link to the GN forum 6 years ago haha. Wow. Anyways, didn't know this site was still up and running.. wonder what people are up to. The e-mail in the contact list was
"gofikphoenix@hotmail.com". Any answers??

Hiya lurkers and spammers, and any of the old crew that still occasionally comes to haunt, been a while. I, like so many others, just sort of wandered away to get on with other things. Some I suspect have just plain grown up and got other things in life now too.
But I'm glad the site is still up, there is some great stuff in here.
So I just thought I'd give the old girl a *prod* since I got a notice that someone spammed my old blog here, there was nothing to see there but most of the spam-fest that happened a year or two ago is mostly cleaned up, thanks to whom ever did that.
All the best as usual to anyone who stumbles upon this awesome piece of internet history, really glad actually that it is still up, dead-zone as it is.
