I'm currently connected with a jail bonds company that uses a login site to retrieve criminal records and then print the records. Several offices are scattered with no VPN or central connection, although a VPN could be established if needed.

I need a corporate program that will be able to monitor all requests/database retrievals from that particular website, and prints made to various non-networked printers. I was thinking Wireshark, but I would get HTTP traffic just from visiting the website, and HTTP updates, packet requests, etc. Something more detailed is needed, such as whenever an employee connects to a certain portion of the website, or more specifically, prints to a local printer. There is no VPN, but would it be easier to manage if a server was setup as a gateway using VP Networking, and catch log files?

If you don't know a particular name of the software needed, and genre would be good, I can use Google to search the genre.

EDIT: Also, a managed software would be preferable that can be installed on each machine, and report to a server on local print activity.
