Full Version: Choosing the right Hard Drive

I recently just received a old computer from a friend. It has decent CPU speed but the hard drive is small and I would like to upgrade it a bigger one. The problem is, I'm not sure which one to get (EIDE or SATA). I think it was purchased in 2004 and is a Dell Optiplex GX240. Is there anyway I can determine whether or not it will support a SATA drive, since I'd rather go with that, or do I have to get the EIDE?
