Well, I found out myself, goto Winufa.com and get the archiver software... Its got an amazing compression algorithm. You should check it out!

Its a UHARC Compressed Archive, it can be "version specific" though (for those who don't know what this means, if you back up a programX v1.0 and put that file onto your friends computer and he(she?) has programX v1.2 then it may not work).
BTW the spell correct in fast reply is a awesome new feature, gj gj gj, much less work for the admin having to retype gibberish messages. Thx Jamie
