We are all talking about the mp3 players but I just read about the first portable divx player and it look impressive. Check it out here, seems like you can store up to 320 hours of video, or save mp3s and photos. Now depending on the size and weight this seems like an amazing device.

It even has support for addons lke video recorder and camera with zoom lens, FM radio on the remote control. It also has slots for memory input card.

Check it out let me know what you think. Hopefully these devices will improve and take off next year. I heard of one other device that can also play divx format but forgot the name.

you need to check in the catalog HERE it looks like you can get it with 20GB 40GB or 80GB hd but the one at the top of the list is 1000 Euro ... so thats about $1,243 hmm not cheap but i'm not surprised.

yes, mpeg4 videos including DivX and Xvid. I read that on the site.

I was looking to buy a portable music device that plays back my mp3s and wma files. This AV320 Video Recorder, the one with only a 20 |GB hd, for only $550 USD looks worth it. I just dont know if it plays WMA, which is a must. But I dont think it does. Bummer.

Wow! I might actually be able to play my apple mov videos on the run. Wo who! LOL. Seriously I dont see a apple product like that being able to play video formats I take for granted.

A lot of talk going around about apple coming up with something like this but nothing official yet... I really would like to see what they come up with.

I don’t think they will surprise me but it should be a sleek design with a hefty price tag.
