With that one its hard to say who is right... my gut feeling is China is in the wronge here. The reason is this. If I show up to a party and everyone has been there for an hour and everyone is already playing a game of Twister I cant just walk up and say "Hey lets play spin the bottle" Unless everyone is interested in switching games (wich of course no one is becouse the twins are double jointed....) Anyway China wont win by using its own standered in the open market place the equipment is already embedded and they just need to compete with the standerds that are already in place.
