Let me tell you what I need and see if you know anything like this that is available:

There are 35+ users on the network. Some are personal laptops, some are community workstations, and some are workstations where only 1 user uses. (All of which are on the same WorkGroup, not Domain)

There are 3 printers of different make & model. One is a Copier/Printer the other is a Dell Network Laser printer and I'm not sure what the other is.

I need an application that sits on the server so when someone hits "Print" it prompts them for a User-name/Password. The app. logs this usage and at the end of each month will allow you to print out a report of Who Owes What. Every user has to pay for the amount of printing he/she does in a given month. I need a way to track this.

O&K Print Watch is what I found that does what I needed it to do.

Thats what comes with 2003 ? or your using XP as a print server ?

Edit: I see you got your problem fixed I just wanted to know the solution out of thread completeness (and I dont know it and things I dont know bother me! lol)

I added a link to the O&K Site...

O&K is a 3rd party app. that resides on the server and will manage all print jobs.
