get a motherboard that support the Pentium D CPU. I also heard the intel is coming out with a faster CPU of 3.7ghz something like that.
and get one that support 8 GB of ram.
and also get one with L3 cache of 8mb.....

Well that bourd supports the Pentium D and since it goes up to 1066Mhz FSB in socket 775 there is a chance that it will support Conroe with a BIOS upgrade (I am not betting on it but its just meant to tide me over untill then lol) I also am ordering a Pentium 805 D wich is 2.66Ghz but everyone says they OC to at least 3Ghz with the stock cooling (im betting I can get it a little higher probably around 3.2 or 3.4) Combined for the 2 will come out to be about 200$ so a worthy upgrade from my old northwood with DDR1 (I got a GB of DDR2 almost free lol)

Edit: Also thank you CyberGhost smile.gif hmm so you think its ok ? I mean its cheap so its not like its going to be awesome... I guess im just hopeing I dont hate it lol Although I built my kids computer on a Soyo (about 20$) and its not too bad I guess only complaint I have had with it is that I put a 1.8Ghz P4 in it and on my bourd I had that chip at 2.4Ghz easy and on the Soyo there is NO FSB options sad.gif but what can I expect for 20 bucks lol

Edit Edit: I just looked that bourd goes up to 16GB's lol If I get it up to 4GB's I think that will be its lifespan (after that ill probably just build something better)
