Yeah it works but you have no driver support.
A friend installed Tiger a couple days ago and he says it works really well. He sent me some screenshots, even with no Driver support the graphics are perfect.
Actually if you look up OS X 86 you will find fixed install disks or examples on how to crack it.
Actually if you look into it enough there are many resouces availble for people wishing run osx on pc. As for drivers there is an online community that deals in all the hardships and rewards of drivers as well
