If you visit CrazyTalk and download the Internet Explorer plugin ( any version from 6 up ..) you can see young William H. Gates III comes to life and talk to the coppers...

There is a Firefox plugin as well, but I can't get it to work on my version 1.5.0.1.

Run your anti-virus scanner though the zip, then unzip the 3 files, one a html, and click on this. Or 'open with IE' - if Firefox is your default browser. (As Firefox does not appear to work - remember that!!)
