Don't often rave about flicks, too many good ones out there etc etc, (ya ya stinkers too), but I must say this is a totally awesome ride, great cast, plot, timing, direction, editing.....it has it all, wish I'd seen it sooner but I'm a cheap piece 'o' work lol. If you haven't seen it yet, do yourself a favor and get it, sit back and enjoy! The best of the Batman series bar none.

It is an awsome movie. A great set of action, drama, and such. It all plays in really well.

I agree, I think Bale was Way better than Cloony or Kilmer. Although the plot had a few problems, ill only include this one for now : The Joker killed Bruce's parents, not some whino, who was part of the mob.

Hm, I agree Mr Pink that it was the Joker (pre-joker) who did the deed, but I don't think they really address that, aw man maybe they did, brain fart, 'cept.... doesn't someone flip a joker card? More to come? Still have it here and will have to give it another watch tomorrow for a more critical view but as I first stated I quite thoroughly enjoyed it the first go, didn't find near as campy as the others. Think I'll head over to the Movie Data Base site and look up the continuity errors just for something extra to watch for lol.

Was set in an alternative universe to the core comic storyline. No problems with that... many comics do that, and most movies as well.

They built 4 of them, three have souped up Chevy V8s and one of those is the 'flap' model (for the flying scenes), the forth has an unmountable jet engine running propane (this would be Hank Hill's favorite no doubt) "How'd ya like your steak done?" lol. I'd imagine that at 2&1/2 tons milage ain't great, but who cares!

My Ford Expedition weighs a little over 5000 pounds lol I get about 12.2 miles per gallon (at least thats what the little in dash computer tells me) but id trade my truck in so fast for one of those ! and it actualy is fast IRL !!! if I was Bill Gates id buy one !

The question isn't about the movie, rather, you're questioning the integrity of the original comics.
