How many words per minute (WPM) can you type?

Less than 20
20 - 40
40 - 60
60 - 80
Over 80

I used www.typingtest.com to test myself.

sadly only like 20-40 unless they are small words, i didn't take the test yet but I will give official results when I do.

IYIYIY, gee thanks Fixedamage lol. Took me five tries to figure out how to take the darned thing (30wpm drunk and whipped like a frothy cup'o joe). Best thing I ever did was take typing for two years in junior high (only two guys in the class ) I'll have ta try this in the morning

I'm going to try this again after I slept some, but I got 71 WPM I know my mom can do a lot more, it's truly scaring to see how she can type. But I'm also pretty sure it all depends on what you type. If you just type whatever you're thinking, then it'll be alot faster than if you have to read it first, have to get the spelling in your head and only then type it.

What type of keyboard you're using also effects your speed. I can type almost twice as fast when using my Laptop rather than my regular desktop keyboard.

64 based on that test. But that's copying what I see on the screen without looking at the keyboard once.

I can do much faster if I type what's on my mind (like this post) and am able to look at the keyboard constantly (even though I usually don't need to).

68 WPM, at One AM. Not bad, was pretty slow for me though :/

35 WPM only, but my keyboard was unbalanced. i know, excuses excuses, BUT ITS TRUE, lol
