I was wondering, how can I totally disable the entire Windows Security Center in SP2? I already have the necessary software to protect my computer, and I don't want an additional program running in the background that is of no use to me. Thank you for your time.

go to Start, Run, type : msconfig
Under Services, uncheck:
Security Centre
Security Accounts Manager
Windows Firewall

Why would you want to disable these feature. While they aren't great they are better than nothing.
