wish I could get smartbarxp working so I could maybe replace my dock eventually. dam nthing crashes everytime it goes to update weather or quote of the day.

I really like the icons and theme (most of the icons are CrystalMX and the theme is BlueCurve 4 which can be viewed and downloaded here).

@rockman56: If I were a mod of this cat I would edit your post but seeing as I'm not, could you post the link to your desktop instead. Thanks, otherwise the board parameters are out of proportion.

This is my desktop. I have objectdock running but have it on autohide because I like things clean. I almost wish I couldn't post because I still had my girlfriend (now ex) up but oh well.

the image is only at 75% image quality so there is some blurriness and banding in the screenshot.

hehe i just checked out bangbang023 desktop and now looking at mine i just want to cry out loud i dont know how it seem to happen but 120GB HD has 10mb left in about 2 weeks and my desktop well you can see how it looks hehehe i need some serious help. bangbang desktop has inspired me to fix mine up and organise the folders so maybe i'll repost a image later this week but i tried this before and never ended up doing it so dont hold your breath hehe

I'm glad you guys like it. I'm very veyr picky about my themes and right now I am not happy with the color matching. The wallapaper was made for the theme I am using but it doesn't seem to work well. I want a nice blue theme, something simple and elegant, but I have yet to find something good enough for my tastes. I oculd go back to b0seDMX but I used that for so long that I am bored of it.

Oh that's right, I never uploaded my latest desktop last night, it looks exactly like RedHat 9.2. How does this look for a nice, elegant, blue bg, bangbang? This screenshot's bg is a little blurred but when I post mine you'll get a better feeling for how this bg really looks.

You can download the BlueCurve Wallpaperpack here. It has the bg in the screenshot as well as about 6 others (RedHat 9.0 wallpapers).

Here's my latest desktop; just finished the final customizations last night but I'm sure I'll customize more, I always do. In fact, I've downloaded Bluecurve 3.7 (the version you see there is 4.0 but I like the min, max, and close buttons better in 3.7).

The wallpaper is great and I am sure the theme works fine for you, but i want a theme, for myself at least, that has a blue taskbar. I know about the Bluecurve theme from Neowin, just not my style. Thanks for the recommendation though.

You're welcome, bangbang... that's okay, everyone has their personal preference. I don't know, I've always loved the Bluecurve theme. I say this is going to stay as my theme forever but it won't, you watch.

I have an archive of about 1,400+ Wallpapers if anyone with a high speed connect wants them (I hand sorted them out so there isnt any naked women or just plain stupid ones either) I change mine almost daily now heheheheh

I love the wallpapers at florian.freundt.org, a site I just found last night thanks to StudyTwentyEight. I change my bg practically everyday too, M$.

Here's another one... this theme is messed up, it's 10MBs, it comes with it's very own applications and heaps of icons for everything... pretty cool, I espicially like the transparent Start menu!

heh. i'd say...that's a whole buch of icons...well i can't really post my desktop..cause..umm...well i kinda don't have one here at the library...but here's my background at home.

I tried one time to get as many system tray icons I could... I could only get 27 though...

I had to reload my system after that too...

Finaly got around to sorting my destop out... here is the new look but all those icons that i used to have really arent gone they are just thrown into folders destop1 and 2 hehe both have loads of stuff in them hehe
