Hey Everyone,
How's it going? I went to a Verizon store today and the lady there told me a "secret" about the LG VX 6000 phone. She said that Verizon is giving away the expensive phone away for free (after a $70 rebate), even with a one-year $29.99/month contract, because they are trying to get rid of it. I asked for more information, and although she wouldn't tell me the specifics, she did say that the phone has been discontinued.

I am wondering if the phone really has been discontinued, and if it has been, why has it been? Any further information would help.
