Erm... I think you're missing my point.
You're right, I don't care for music all that terribly much but if I listen to any genre of music it's not "in" music.

While it is a valid point and many people just listen to 'in' music to feel cool, some people really care about the music they listen to. And people listen to music for different reasons. I listen to LP coz i feel that their music relates quite literally to the troubles i face. I listen to Limp Bizkit and Eminem because it just sounds nice and is occasionally funny.

I actually have a mix... some people are surprised to the diverse music I listen too. Here are some of the ones I listen to most:

music that is in doenst has to be like i hate everything that is played on tv for the radio, the main reason i listen to alot of metal is not the anger or that i happen to like screaming or anything, i listen to it because they are the most talented people and music right now.

There seems to be this new group of people emerging who like to be unlike other people, which in itself is stupid because there are a whole lot of them. The kidn of people who mock MTV purely because of the fact that it's mainstream.

i think there is no music that really sucks! and if you have an ablum out yah you have talent. i dont care what kind of music people listen to because every artist works hard to do what they love. so how can you say they suck? and why would you put other people down by insulting their taste in music?

I just voice my opinion. If I state that a band "sucks", then I simply
mean that I don't like that particular band... not trying to cut down the band itself or anything.
