I dont know about spanking it but it does look very cool.... I still want to play HL2 becouse the plot looks super awsome

Somehow i get the feeling that the Doom 3 plot will suck, and HL's will be relatively good. But i think Halo 2's plot is gonna rule this year.

Only time we'll tell. And I can't wait for all these games to be released so I can laugh at you with my D3 superiority while you basque in the steaming heap that is HL2 or Halo2 or Unreal3 or whatever.

p.s. wow, how sad, all the most anticipated games of this year are sequeals. the game industry is turning into hollywood

Well, the Unreal 2 story suked big time, i hope they improve it this time.

A lot of plots of games suck. I liked Max Payne's plots because it was like a book. Anyway, it seems that nearly all of the most respected new games are sequels... Battlefield 2, Goldeneye 2, HL 2, Doom 3, Unreal 3, GTA 4, GT 3, Metal Gear Solid 3(?), Halo 2, NFSU 2. The world of gaming needs some new creativity!
